The breakfast special of the day was the Keithsburg omelet. The combination of smoked meats and deli cheese was a sensation that I very much enjoyed. Eggcelent choice.
2 Feb 2025; My wife talked me into trying the grilled raisin toast with Apple Butter! Sad to say I haven't done this before! It was awesome. It was a Goetta kinda morning in North Ga! January 2025. We visit usually two times a month, at least. Just good country cooking. We like the friendly, home town atmosphere. The staff is friendly, and very attentive. There is outside seating, also, when the weather is good. We usually just go for breakfast, but they also serve lunch. The Cafe' is closed every Monday. Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 6AM to 2pm, and 7am to 2pm on Saturday & Sunday.

Always wanted to visit but never had the time. So glad I did! Down home cooking and great atmosphere. Service impeccable and food prepared quickly. Always crowded and that told me I must eat there and I finally was able to. Waitress Melissa was awesome
We had an excellent lunch at Keithsburg Cafe! It was my first time there. I have driven past it many times as it's not a really large establishment but every time its open the parking lot is taken up. The inside is small but cozy everyone was so kind and sweet and smiling. We came right at lunchtime about noon and the inside was busy, the outside had some tables taken, but there was room to sit if we wanted outside. They could tell I had not been before and were happy to help us sign in for a table. There is lots of decor to look at and giant pancakes on other people's tables. They have all day breakfast and our server Renee was offering us omelets. Renee was on the ball she executed our order perfectly and offered us any to go boxes when we were ready to leave. Anyone that works here I feel you can just stop and chat with them everyone is so welcoming and open it feels like a family gathering. This time we had lunch but I can't wait to come back and get some breakfast!
This place was rocking busy, but we still found a seat at a picnic table on the enclosed porch outside. The Heart Attack biscuit with gravy was hearty, but the slice of fresh strawberry cake we took home was DIVINE. We scarfed it down and licked the container. Staff is super friendly. My 1st coffee was only warm, so the server immediately brought me a fresh steaming hot mug full with a smile on her face. A fun place to eat and people watch. We are definitely going back! : )
1st time here, staff was extremely friendly, and the food was hot and delicious. The prices are very, very reasonable for the size you get. The atmosphere is just country and homey. I would highly recommend anyone and EVERYONE come try this place out! You will NOT be sorry. Your family will love it and your stomach. Our family will be back! We had breakfast. Now, we will try lunch, but will definitely be back for breakfast.
The best fresh baked pound cake you've ever had. Fresh and buttery and melts in your mouth. Southern Style Breakfast: Delicious coffee. Great biscuits and gravy. The ambiance inside is cozy and welcoming and the seating outside is calming and lovely. Open for breakfast/brunch/lunch only.
